"I was referred Dr. Rousseau because I had what I thought was just a broken toe that didn't seem to be healing after a few months. I had "buddy taped" it as I do with all of my broken toes but it was still painful and swollen. After examining the x-rays he found it was broken in two places and further up into the foot that the toe part that can be seen. Dr. Rousseau was immediately helpful and diagnosed the problem, and after two weeks I had significant relief. But he went on to discuss a much more extensive problem I have and had pretty much given up on, and he advised how I should manage it and said he would recommend a referral. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Rousseau and I thought all of Dr. Rousseau's staff was helpful and very nice indeed."
"My husband went to him in Jan 2018 was told he would need foot surgery and someone from his office would call to schedule. As you can see by the this date of review no one has called to schedule anything from January to May and when my husband called them was told someone would get back to him, but obviously ever did He actually called them 3 times!. Also, the office gave him a post op boot that they promptly charged our insurance $446.00, but it sits unopened. Maybe Dr. Rousseau is a good doctor, but we will go elsewhere to get his foot fixed. Hopefully this review will save someone from aggravation."
