"I had been seeing Dr. Cancellero for the last 10 years and was happy with my care. I went to make an appointment for my yearly exam only to find out she is no longer seeing patients. I must have called 4 different numbers and finally reached a hospital she is affiliated with and was told she doesn’t see patients any longer. I’m so disappointed that neither she nor her office let me know nor referred me to another doctor. All my medical history with her are a gone."

"Ive had a horrible experience with this dr, after being reccomended to me. I sit in the waiting room every time for over an hour before im ever taken to a room, just to wait longer and have the dr only speak to me for 2 minutes. I brought up my migraine issue earlier in Pregnancy and was just shrugged off and told to take Tylenol. They dont have good communication, ive had tests and vaccines both done late because no communication or the vaccine was out of stock and took forever to cone in. Ive been trying to get in a biweekly appointment for weeks to be told i cant get in for two more weeks when i havent been seen since october. Im 33 weeks pregnant I should have been seen at least 2 or 3 times in that amount of time but have been given ridiculius reasons as to why they cant put me on the schedule. Ive been having issues getting in with another dr due to covid 19, other wise id be being seen else where, I have absolutely no intention on going to mcneal while in labor ill be going to Christ. Idk if my experience has been so messed up due to covid or what but I wouldnt reccoment loyola medicine or this office and dr to anyone ever."

"Had an appointment at 1:30pm today came in early like I was told to sign off on everything. Then I sat in the waiting area an hour. After 2:30pm I finally got up and asked reception how much longer and was told i will be called soon to wait in a room as there's still someone ahead of me. I ask wait how long, another hour? They asked a nurse how much longer she thought it'd be and she says i really don't know, doctor is behind. Behind? What 2 hours? Please. I told them to cancel the appointment. Girl with a 1:15pm left too, if she waited I'd of had to wait even longer. Horrible service. At least have the courtesy to let the patients know or better yet don't schedule patients every 15mins just to make money if one takes an hour. I took a long lunch break for this appointment. Highly doubt I'll be calling back to reschedule. And I'm sure if I arrived late they'd cancel on me. I even had to sign off that if I missed 6 appointments I'd get banned altogether within the Loyola network"

"Dr. Cancellero is a great doctor! Makes every visit easy and pleasant. I love the staff as well. If I could give more stars than 5 I would! Never rushing you and always takes her time to communicate with your issues. Thank you for everything!"
