"Had to transfer because this office is so incredibly inconsiderate of their patient’s time. Every visit I waited AT LEAST an hour plus in the waiting room or exam room just to see Dr Novas which didn’t include the 10-15 mins I would come early just in hope that they’d for once see me on time. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Thankful I transferred from this place."

"I have been coming here for 15 years because Dr. Novas is thorough and treats my whole person, not just my lady bits. But she has been late on more than one occasion, including this morning when I waited for 20 minutes before staff told me she would be another 30-40 minutes late. (I had to ask what was going on - they didn't proactively tell me.) I am moving in two weeks and really needed to get this appointment in today, but I don't have 3 hours to spend waiting around. I was considering keeping her as my doctor even after moving to the city, but after today I found another doctor. The staff here are generally very nice and competent; I have difficult veins and they are always able to get me."
