"Dr., and must say that I am entirely disappointed in lack of understanding of your front office staff. We made a simple mistake of going to the Westmont office for Olivia’s follow-up visit (minor). I asked the Westmont office to call the Downers Grove office to let them know we were on our way. It was 3:25pm (3:30 apt). The front office said no problem. After walking around at Good Sam we finally found your suite. The front desk asked what time the appointment was for and quickly and simple said we have to reschedule. I took Olivia out of school early and I took off work early for this follow-up appointment. My wife also took off early to meet us there. Olivia really needed this visit. We are not interested in your services moving forward thanks to the lack of your front office staff’s understanding and compassion. We are busy people such as yourself I’m sure. We are moving on and will post our dissatisfaction your office on social media as well."
