"On my first appt they said i would need to fill out forms which they povided and I had to reschedule another appt after the forms were completed. Tax person Shawnta completed my tax information then I had to wait until someone on line doubled checked the return. Entire process took over an hour. My previous tax preparer completed my entire return in 15 minutes and charged 175. Jackson Hewitt charged me 400. Lesson learned. Don't wait until the last 2 weeks to get your taxes done."
