"I got my taxes done here for the 2022 tax year and felt like I got overcharged for the tax preparation. I did have deductions and had a few extra things to file, so I figured that was why I was getting charged over $500+. This year I only had one W2 form to file and they wanted to charge me $430+ for 10 minutes of inputing information in their system. I said, "No thanks, gonna do my taxes some where else". Then the lady tried to give me a discount, which would have still been over $360 +. The lady also made a remark, "well you are getting a refund back". So that means over charge me for doing my taxes? What a rip off, I will not be coming back here ever again."

"In February, we submitted our paperwork to the Walmart Austin 620 location, but they never assisted us with our taxes, causing us to miss the extension deadline. The main office at 13000 eventually called us in to complete the return. After numerous visits and enduring significant frustration, we finally finished this year's tax return at JH. Unfortunately, due to the deadline lapse, we've missed the opportunity for legal support in case the IRS has any issues with our submission."
