"Wish I could give zero stars because I was never helped in the first place. I went in as a walk in first, then was told to make an appointment online so I did. Twice I went to the office for different locations and neither one of them helped at all and I had an appointment! There was only a receptionist at the desk, wasn’t even tax people. I guess no one wants to talk to you in person anyone they suggested I just drop off my papers. That’s why I made an appointment to see an actual human! Again I wish I could give zero stars!"
