"Firehouse Plumbing came to install our Aquasana filtration system and did a great job! They were quick, efficient, and cost much, much less than other plumbing companies quoted us. The best part, was that they were honest. Another company was telling us they were going to have to do about $2500 worth of work, and we spent much, much less with Firehouse. "Had tree plumber come out and tell me they could not help me and i needed my septic tank pumped. I had my tank pumped and 450 later I’m still in the same situation. That’s where Jesse and his help came into the picture. This man knew what the issue was over the phone. He quickly diagnosed the issue, located my first tank and and cleared my drain. That is knowledge!"
"I made an appointment on Friday for 8:30am Monday morning. It is currently 10:30am and no one has arrived. I called at 9am and it took four calls for someone to pick up. He said that he would call around and see what was holding the plumber up. After not getting a callback I called again at 10am. I called three times and haven't been able to reach anyone. Update: It's now 4:45pm, I did not receive any communication from the company and they never showed up. I made an appointment with another plumbing service."
"I contacted Firehouse Plumbing LLC and scheduled with them to fix mine and my husbands’ outdoor faucet. I work six days a week and needed to get this matter fixed before the next freeze. Scheduled an appointment day/time. Day came, appointment time occurred, no plumber. Waited an hour and No Show. I tried to call the plumber-went straight to voicemail. My job is very demanding so I do my best to communicate with the company. I am very disappointed with my experience. I will not use this company in future, and will not be recommending this company to anyone."
