"Receptionist Freya is extremely rude and testy. Called in to follow up about continuing my taxes this year and she proceeded to dominate the interaction with an attitide stating "We have multiple location all over the city of houston. You called in because you went to another location and someone told you they were at this location so I'm trying to figure out what they told you". First and formost, I am aware there are multiple locations...its HR Block silly. I informed her of why I was calling in initially before her bad day affected her professionalism. No need for the attitude and my only reason for calling was to see if it was possible to schedule with him. Ultimately this interaction came to a conclusion once I disconnected the line. Do better."
"I called and made sure to ask TWICE if I needed to make an appointment to have my taxes done. The individual on the phone reassured me that it was not necessary & I wouldn't be waiting for an hour. As soon as I walk in the 1st thing the receptionist asks is "Do you have an appointment" I told her no and explained I had called earlier and was told it was not necessary. As I am waiting for someone to help me file my taxes, more people come in and say " I have an appointment at... time" so since I don't have the necessary appointment I sit for 2 more hours. I should have followed my guy and made an appointment although I was advised not to. I won't be back."
