"Beware, you will pay a $140 service fee up front. I've sadly tried this company twice. The first time, they didn't show up on the scheduled day/time and no communication was attempted on their end. A few days later (after multiple calls) they came. On May 5th I called again for a separate issue. I was told they'd be to us on May 9th. I have called multiple times and had 3 different appointments they haven't shown up for. I was promised a call from a Manager yesterday & again this morning, but still no communication. I hate to ever leave a negative review, but to take a service fee up front and then not show up for two weeks (especially without communication) feels terribly wrong."
