"Took my phone in for a broken screen. The gentleman looked at quickly, gave me a price and said pick it up in an 1 1/2 hours. I went to my car and was preparing to drive off and he ran up and stopped me and said that in further investigation he determined that the protective case screen was broken and the phone was fine . He put a new protective glass over the screen in about 5 minutes for less than half of a phone screen. He obviously knew his business but I was most impressed by his honesty. He could have let me leave and come back and told me he replaced the screen and I would not have known any different and the cost would have been much more!"

"My daughter broke the screen to her Microsoft Surface pro 7 and I took it to a buddy of mine to get it fixed he usually does a good job but this time it was a little over his head and I took it to the shop and they had it fixed by the next day. So now I know the next time something breaks I will come to this shop and have everything fixed. The customer service was above and beyond, they were very friendly, and they always ask the right questions to make sure they get to the bottom of the issue to fix the correct issue."

"Yesterday was my first time using Pro-Techs and I had a great experience! They helped me with my wife’s phone with water damaged. They fix it in about an hour including putting a new screen! They were very clear up front with the process of the repairs and the estimates of the costs! Prices are super fair!! I only paid $108 total including the new screen, the diagnosis and the repair/cleaning/maintenance of the phone. They gave me a 25% discount! Staff is very helpful and friendly, Omar helped me and he did a great job! I love that you can chat with them and ask questions before you even go or make an appointment, they respond right away!! I will definitely come back next time I need them!"
