"I am extremely disappointed with this company. In December, I brought in three outfits and a bag with a broken zipper to be repaired. Two days before my trip to St. Maarten, I was given a total cost for the repairs. I found the cost to be too high and decided to take two of my outfits with me instead of having them repaired. I left my top, pants, and backpack with the repair shop to be fixed. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick up my items before leaving the country. When I returned to the shop to pick up my items, I was told that my total cost was $79. I had been quoted $28 for the top and pants and $10 for the backpack. The repair shop showed me a receipt that had the other pieces crossed out, indicating that they were not left behind. However, they are charging me an additional $ 41 from the pricing of the other pieces crossed out. When I raised my concerns, the lady at the shop claimed that it was a misunderstanding due to a language barrier. I felt that they were using this as an excuse to steal from customers who don't have their receipt. This is not right at all."

"Please look elsewhere for Christian Louboutin shoe repair. My shoe is Ruined. Everything is horrible from the materials used to the sloppy work that was done to repair the shoe. They didn’t even take the time to repaint the free edge of the shoe. There is also rubber residue smeared throughout the patent leather."
