"Personally I wasn't that impressed with my return or the service I received as I did check my return through turbo tax prior to my visit. I'm not aware of all the factors involved but they came up shorter twice than what I could have gotten myself at no fee. The third number provided to me was after a waiver of the fee and only got me an extra $50 compared to my own results from turbo tax. So I feel like they aren't telling you the actual total of the return you can get because they gave me the total after they deducted the fees... That's not to say they aren't good at what they do maybe they have helped someone get significant returns but my personal experience and impression not at all impressed. Do your homework before using them for your taxes!"
