"I really dislike doing this but I feel that I really need to put this out there as I am not satisfied with service as of lately. The team at Molen was really good in the beginning and I was getting excellent service but now I am not really sure what is going on lately because no one is responding to my emails or to my phone calls for a tax question.I understand that it could get busy but with at least no confirmation that my email was received - I feel that my email or my questions are of little concern and my email is just ignored. If this is the service now - I am not too sure if I want to continue business with Molen (especially since there was such good customer service in the beginning). 5/5 Service.
