"The staff and management are extremely nice. My biggest concern is their lack of transparency for their charges! The night before I got my taxes done, I called and spoke to a manager and asked how much it would be for one W-2 and 2-1099's. I was told it would be approximately $150, so I made an appointment for the next day and went to get the taxes done. While they were very quick doing the taxes, I was initially charged $845 for my returns. They gave me a discount which took my total down to $545, but I was taken back at the price, and truthfully should have said something right then, but I was, quite honestly, very happy at the amount of money I was receiving in return, so I didn't say anything at the time. Afterwards, i spoke to several friends who have accounting degrees, and an accountant and they all expressed that that was extremely large amount to charge for such a small tax return, (my wife and I earn $35,000 total per year between the two of us)! Today I finally went back to clarify the charge and also ask about why it was so high. They explained to me that it was due to the fact that 1099's are contractor/self employment forms and each form that's used has a certain dollar amount attached to it. Adding up the different forms that they used for my return, brought me to the total amount that I owed. While I accept that statement and understand what they said, I still think they needed to be a little bit more forthcoming with prices before hitting someone at the end with an $800+ bill."

"My coming to this office has taught me many things. A woman named Kalpana introduced herself as the owner of the place. At first, he was talking to me pleasantly, laughing, of course, this was their business goal. He quickly bought my art from me and started working. Meanwhile, I asked for the service fee, he told me that he would charge me $400, and I asked him if I could do something, he said no, and I told him. then keep it too expensive for me. Oda told me not to give me $100. I said why should I pay, he said that I have served you, the work he did did not take 5 minutes. I told him that this is not the case, and he told me that I will not give you your documents, whenever you give me my money, you will take the documents. I told him that those documents contain information about me and my family members. He didn't care. They only look at the customers as wallets, not as people."
