"No respect for patients time. I drove from far west to Zaragoza for an appointment. The doctor left just before I got there (no one notified me) so they did the ultrasound and told me I would have to come back to speak to the doctor. I made another appointment to speak to the doctor, this time on the westside. I arrived 30 minutes early to the appointment and was told “we will be right with you”. I waited for an hour and a half all the time watching patients go in, have their vein procedure and leave (no less than 5) each taking between 20-30 minutes. Mind you, all I was there for was a short consultation with the doctor. Why would they schedule me when the KNEW well in advance they had all those surgeries to do!?!? Why not schedule for when they were done, why make someone waste their time?? Needless to say, I left after an hour and a half. Never spoke to the doctor whom I was only there to see because he inconsiderately left prior to my first visit. This shows how much they (don’t) value their patients and their lack of respect for others. Obviously, will not return."
"I had the procedure on my right leg two weeks ago and it’s looking great. Had the procedure on my left leg today. Oscar, the staff and the Dr. all work as a great team. Oscar explained the whole treatment procedure to me perfectly and the assistants made sure I was comfortable. The doctor did advise me the injections were unpleasant before he begun. I’m a very anxious and nervous person when it comes to needles, and tend to almost pass out when having blood drawn out. This was no exception. I was nervous as heck and the injections are unpleasant, however the staff comforted me throughout the procedures. From a 1-10 on pain level I would say it’s about a 5, however my anxiety made it worst. It’s definitely worth it if you are sick and tired of having vericose veins!"
