"I hate giving bad reviews. Especially, since Mr. Miller was a referral from someone I really respect. But unfortunately Mr. Miller does not care about his clients. He only cares about billable hours. We came to an agreement on services beginning of the year to find out he did not send my extension for my LLC. He claims he did not know I had an LLC. In our first and all conversations where the fact I had an LLC. Later after we disagreed he claims he did not know it was a partnership. He did not ask because he was to hard to communicate with once tax season started. Once I discovered the extension was not filed, I told him we can start new in 2023 and I would just take care of my taxes for 2022 with my previous accountant. Than Mr. Miller wanted to get paid for billable hours for an extension he should have taken care of when it was due. He told me he was going to have to send the IRS a letter of explanation in order for myself to avoid penalties! Mr. Miller is the one who failed to file my extension! When I told him I am not paying for billable hours for an extension he failed to send. He claims I owe him for persanal tax return prep. How can prep when my LLC and K-9s aren't eve ready? I have used 3 different accountants in my lifetime prior to Mr. Miller. All asked me thorough questions and followed up with me and kept deadlines. My experience with other accountants where much more professional. So here is the conclusion, Mr. Miller will blame his clients for his unprofessionalism. He did not ask questions he knows to ask to serve his clients, He is willing to allow his clients pay fees and fines because he does not follow through and then he wants his billable hours and that is all he a cares about. If you need an accountant I do not recommend this person."
