And went through all the hoops to pull her mo ey out well. They send your the check with fidelity in big letters. But it's drawn off. Another bank for get the name right iff. And tell you there is no direct deposite option ti receiver your money .... well if your telling folks that and using fidity well bs. I use fidelity. And they do have the direct deposit option. This place a down right a waste of time. And a complete joke"

"We were on hold for over 45 minutes simply trying to get an update on an estate settlement. We followed their instructions two weeks ago, turned in paperwork...only to be told it was not in good order. The rep put us on hold again to find a solution and never returned."

"Very poor service. I am a Registered Representative with the company. They pray upon "being your boss" which allows them to fine you per FINRA for about any little thing they want. For example, every year we must obtain continuing education. They give you less than 3 weeks out of the entire year to complete it, simply so they can start fining you for not meeting their unreasonable deadline. What the industry needs is a Broker Dealer that is a partner with the RR, and this BD is not it! The problem is its not as simple as going to another checkout line at the grocery store, its a great deal of work to change BD, and this one takes advantage of that. They also charge you $115 per month for what they claim is a "tech fee" to pay for the website. The website is so poor most of the time it does not work, it can not complete forms, email is full of spam, etc etc. I could design a more functional web site over my lunch hour."

"Local HD Vest financial advisors are good, but dealing with HD Vest itself as a client is horrible. The website is useless, the call center is painful to deal with and the staff refuses to help. I have been trying for months to get all my accounts consolidated and two 401K roll-overs done. I have hours invested in talking to rude call center reps, hold time and lost forms. When I need help with a transaction I am always told they can’t help and to call someone else. If you are looking for a helpful on-line investment experience, this is NOT the firm to use. They like paper, lots of it, and they hide behind the local advisor."
