"very poor quality of a insurance. They don't call you back like they said. My insurance got terminated after I made a payment on Aug 3. Aug 11th they wanted another payment. I got terminated on Aug 13. No call no explanation just terminated. I go to pay my regular bill in Sept they told me I no longer got insurance for a month. For a month I drove not knowing. No letter no updates nothing. Poor customer service. Dont check up on customers dont update them. Then they tell me they can't reinstate me. I called customer service n they wanted too. They gave me a higher quote after termination. Each time I called the rate jumped 100 to 500 for 6 months. Its ridiculous. Worst agent ever. They work from home dont care about anything. Promise to call back they don't. Asked for tony barda 20x never called back. Dean was suppose to find out about a car i dropped off the insurance after only had it on for 4 days i got charged whole month. Wanted money back for it. So instead of refund they let me get terminated so they don't have to pay n credit my account back. Horrible agent dont waste your time."
