Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Incompetence! I made a one-way reservation midweek to drop the car off out of state with a pickup time of 4:00 pm this Friday. I called back Friday morning to see if I could move the pickup time to 1:00 pm but the guy said there’s no reservation there. I looked up my email to read the confirmation number and saw that they had set it up for me to pickup the car up at the drop off location out of state! They had no more cars to offer me. I asked to talk to a manager but they said to call back after 1:00 to see if something was available or just pickup a car at an airport about 85 miles away (which meant I would have to go all the way there to retrieve my personal vehicle when I would come back from out of state). I ended up not calling them back but went with a competitor instead. Enterprise never reached out to me to make this right."

"recently took a trip to kentucky and simply didn’t want to put the miles on my own car. got a 2023 nissan kicks and it was awesome! ethan made sure I was checked in and out the door quickly with my cool ride. the vehicle was very clean and affordable for a quick weekend trip, plus the gas mileage was pretty good. will definitely be renting from here again!"

"Renting from here was super quick and easy. They were fairly busy but thats expected for a weekend. I grabbed any car as it was for myself and a short trip. The car was clean and well kept and got me there and back without any troubles. I had reserved ahead and Ethan took my info and got me the keys in a flash. The gentleman were all very helpful. I will use them again when needed."

"Excellent service at Enterprise. I arrived at Enterprise without reserving a vehicle online. I was still in a rental within 15 minutes. Nothing I hate more then waiting at a service counter. I appreciated Jeremy doing things in a timely manner. I haven't rented a vehicle in 25 years. Jeremy was very helpful in the whole process. The day after dropping the car off, I received a call from Zack.He let me know I'd get a little money back, since I dropped the car off earlier then expected . That was a nice surprise. Also he was making sure I had a good experience with Enterprise ,and offered to make it right if I didnt. I certainly appreciated that."

"I always have a great experience at this enterprise when I'm ever flying into Dubuque Iowa. Great staff, cars are always clean and have never been stuck on the side of the road due to service neglect in any of their vehicles. I had a wedding to go to recently and wanted to ride in style this time. So I rented the Dodge Challenger recently, and it drove excellent. Very clean and sporty. You will never go wrong with enterprise rent a car."
