"My intention was to familiarize myself with this office to see if they were a viable option for foot surgery. The front staff was pleasant but overall a bizarre and rushed experience. I was given a boot at my first visit (consultation). I was asked to sign an agreement stating the $300 boot was non-refundable. That should have been the first red flag. During the consultation, I asked for a cortisone shot on my bone spur. It didn't not hurt which was amazing but unfortunately was applied on the surface and lasted only 48 hrs. I have had at least 15 cortisone shots in the last 10 years and when applied correctly, they hurt like heck but you feel relief for 3 to 4 months. I was left feeling confused and bamboozled. Refuse the boot..."

"I referred a friend to Dr. Sicher but Dr. refused to see him because he was private pay and " they didn't treat diabetic wounds. " but it lists treating diabetic foot and wound care on their website as a service provided. I believe its because they get more money from insurance. I will never refer anyone to this office, not just because of that policy but it shows a lack of caring. ( The only reason I even gave this office one star is because it wouldn't let me post otherwise.....it would be 0 stars)"

"My daughter worked for this place for about 2 months. She was under paid and over worked. They have these poor girls that work as Dr. assistants running around like slaves while making less then a fast food worker. An unnamed doctor at this place drives a luxury sports car and is around town very flashy while the girls who are responsible for making him thrive have to struggle to feed their children. I also work in healthcare, so I know with the amount of patients this place sees on a daily basis, they can afford to do better for the people that make their office run! Luckily, I saw what was going on and asked my daughter to move on, but those poor girls that are still there are still on my mind. The manager for the girls in the back is demanding, unprofessional, and pushes off her work on everyone else so she can skate by. Do better Dr. Sichers higher ups!"

"Veterans Beware. Dr. Sicher is not willing to support veterans in writing a Nexus Letter on the veteran's behalf. What is a Nexus Letter? Simple - it is a medical opinion specifically written for the veteran by the medical professional expressed in degrees of likelihood that an event in military service could have caused or aggravated a disease or condition. At the time of my original diagnosis which has been roughly 10 years ago, Dr. Sicher commented that my condition certainly could have been caused by events during my service. I did not think too much of this at the time. Since that time however my condition still presents daily problems for me. This is not Dr. Sicher's fault as he has provided me with some past treatment and also explained options regarding surgery. This is not a review of his aptitude as a Dr. The problem is his disregard for assisting veterans and his unwillingness to meet with a patient to review my case and help me determine if an event in my service could be linked to a present day condition. It is not as if I asked for something for free. I would make an appointment and pay a co-pay just as any other person who he agreed to see would do. Dr. Sicher can make this right by taking the time to support veterans. A Nexus Letter from him does not automatically constitute that I receive any service connected benefits if that is what his concern is as the VA still has to review the claim. My claim will likely fail because Dr. Sicher is unwilling to write a Nexus Letter. 3/15/2023 This is an addendum to my initial review and in response to the owners response as there is no option to create a separate response. There was no discussion about paper vs digital records that are older than 7 years. You probably would have explained that to me at the time of my initial call and I would have said "Ok, that makes sense to me, let's set an appointment to review my situation." However, your response back to me was "Dr. Sicher does not write those letters (Nexus) for veterans" and there was no offer to set an appointment to clear this up. I get it, you want some damage control from this review, I would too. If this is just some confusion or miscommunication then please reach out to me as you have my contact information and we can clear this up. I would happily edit this review or delete it altogether if a good faith effort to review my situation were initiated by your office. I'm not out to impugn Sicher Foot Clinic in any way if it is not merited. Rather this is intended to inform other veterans of what happened in my case and will allow them to make their own decisions."

"They were able to get me in in short time. Dr. Gerig was amazing, the staff there was amazing. It's been 5 years since I have been there. Just a heads up, if you make an appointment, the new patient paperwork is done online. There are 3 or 4 boxes where you have to sign. Do it on a tablet so you can use the stylus to sign. A "mouse" signature just looks messy."
