"I'm not sure if there is not a manager, or policies for processes in place here. There is so much disorganization with scheduling, collecting payments, answering the phones, customer service. There is never anyone to help at the desk or answer the phone. My husband went to make a payment for me (that they forgot to charge) and had to wait 40 minutes at the desk. They really need to have an actual front desk person to organize everything. The practitioner, Lynn, was great and I have no concerns with her or the product received. There is a lot of wasted time with people running around to find things, match payments, etc, etc, etc. It is just massively disorganized."
