"17 days after ordering blood test strips with no results I had Medicare conference call the pharmacy and their problem was they did not have a preauthorization to process the prescription. Medicare never heard of this and suggested I try a new pharmacy. I went to Osco across the street and they filled the prescription the same day. I also got my flu and covid shots with 2 10% discount coupons for groceries. If there was a worst rating than 1 star I would have rated them with that!"

"Very nice woman working the pharmacy went through a lot of trouble to help me get my insurance information figured out the correct way so that I wouldn’t pay a ridiculous amount of money for my prescription. Saved me a ton of money and was very nice about all my mistakes with my information."

"This is a plea to the managers of this pharmacy: please change how you run your drive thru. I don’t want to change pharmacies, because I like everything else and have been going here for 2 years. However, the drive thru pharmacy has huge issues. There appears to be no automatic signal to the employees inside that a car is waiting at the drive thru. Furthermore, the button to push for assistance is NOT obvious and is tiny. It took me multiple drive through attempts to notice it. I know I am not alone in having no idea you’re supposed to press this tiny button for service, because the lines of cars outside the pharmacy that do not move for a long time are a clear sign. If you are going to have the button method to alert pharmacy staff that there are cars waiting, PLEASE make a *much* bigger sign and make it obvious. At other Walgreen drive thrus, this is not something you have to do, so please make it extra obvious that there is that additional step. It is frustrating to wait in a long line of cars, only for it not to move because the people in front of us do not know to push the small button. Again, it is inconspicuous and very small, and not obvious enough for people to know to push the button. Otherwise, nice staff and customer service. Thanks. Attached are pics of the call button that needs a bigger sign saying “Call for assistance.”"

"Extremely inefficient drive through process at this location. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, employee asked us to drive around again to wait in line behind three more cars to prepare COVID tests, despite us being on time for our testing appointments. We have now been waiting for over 30 minutes. Suggest you go to CVS or a different location instead. Last drive through testing I went through (different location) I was in and out in 5 minutes."

"This is THEEEEE WORST Pharmacy my husband and I have ever gone to. DO NOT GO HERE. They lose scripts sent directly by doctors, they make decisions for you rather than calling you to see if you can afford or want the prescription when it is expensive and can never "'find" Rx sent to them. this is just sad. Go to Jewel Osco or CVS instead. CVS calls you when something is not covered and gives you options by physical phone call."
