"Terrible experience: Plumbers doing job purely, destroying property, taking tools and parts that they do not owe, and above all installing wrong parts. The owner is the worst part of that "company": ignorant and rude. When I asked to install proper valve in kitchen so I can use hot water in kitchen sink , first he said: why do you need hot water in kitchen sink, and then: we are not going to do business with you and refused to give money back for installing wrong valve. Billing department, or person who is doing billing is "unique"!!!! After finishing works in my house that lasted few weeks they finally issued me a bill in amount of $3,163.50. Of course, we complained that amount is too high they figured new amount down to $1,794.00 (difference is 1,369.50). Still think that they charge us way too much."
