"Worst employees ever. There were two people on the shift, a girl and a guy. People were just standing there waiting to be helped and they were just chatting the whole time while only one of them was actually doing something. And they see you looking at them and just ignore you. After a while the guy comes up to me and goes (completely rude tone) "Did you have a question or something?" . After he told us we had to pick our own balloons, we came back with them so they could inflate them. Same thing, the girl was just chatting while the guy was still working on a lady's order. She looks at me twice before she talkes to me, to tell me I have to go pay at the store's cashier when they had a whole register at their desk. Anyway, came back, she gave me my balloons only to find (when I got home and took them apart from the bunch) that she poked a balloon and half of it deflated until I got home (picture for reference). Very unprofessional, very rude, and damaged product. Now... Why in the world would you do that?"

"I was helped immediately upon walking into the location the staff were able to assist me in finding everything on my list. I wasn't able to find Gorilla tag decorations but I found Roblox ones instead. I had a great experience here the store was very organized and clean. The staff was polite and professional. I will definitely stop by here again for my next party."
