"Terrible. Took us 30 minutes to be greeted by any employee. Alyssa, if I remember correctly was amazing! She’s the reason I gave 2 stars. Without her, I would give half a star because of the good music. She Serviced us even though we weren’t in her section because no one came and greeted. She was polite and accommodating. The other staff? Complete trash. Especially the girl with the black garter on her leg, she made another staff move us even with a large party. Too many employees to not have service within 5-10 minutes. Took another 30 minutes for 3 hookahs and 2 drinks. As a visitor, definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about the city and if I was to return, I would never come here nor recommend it. Service makes you money! Especially with out of towners."
"There’s a Video of a bodyguard beating an unarmed black man with a metal chair at this establishment. The man was defenseless. This place is not safe for the public. City officials and Law Enforcement should be contacted"
"I had an awesome time. Their chicken ceasar salad was bomb. The customer service was betond exceptional. Kara, our server creates such an amazing experience. She was positive, timely, patient, and personable. If you get a chance to come here ask for Kara she will take great care of you and your crew."
