"My daughter was 7-8 when we were told she needs filling in her bottom 2 first molars. We were told Dr Azeem was good dr by another dentist at the same office. I did tell Dr Azeem on the day of filling she probably has low minerals, chalky teeth. Azeem was very dismissive of my concerns , she didn’t wear mask while performing her job and now after 4-5 years she needed root canal of both teeth because the doctor wasn’t knowledgeable on child conditions and was arrogant to not listen to parents. Very bad office with useless doctors. Do yourself a favor and don’t step in there."

"I never negatively rated anyone before but frustrated with the process and forced to leave this rating. The staffs are more focused on overcharging the patients first though we go with insurance. They over charged for each procedure and mention your insurance doesn't cover it or this is your out of pocket and they submit different code with insurance to get benefit out of different way. After figuring it out working with my insurance specialist and they did talk to the front office about the billing. Finally they agreed to refund and for the refund it is another month now and no refund yet, since their billing department work somewhere remote with no information to contact them through email or contact# and staffs at the office only have access to overcharge the patients. It is really frustrating to understand their fraud billing system."

"I had a pretty good experience overall. The receptionists were polite and we made conversation. The hygienist, assistant, and doctor were all polite as well and made sure I was comfortable during the whole experience. They were also thorough in their explanations of what I needed to do to take even better care of teeth and gums. As long as insurance covers your expenses, this place is worth it."

"They are very commercial and hit me with an outrageous bill to fix my dental issues. Lots of charges that were not covered by insurance. Beware I am going to get a second opinion on this bill because that just too much. Staff was ok and not very personal. The xray/ dental assistant was the nicest person I the place. Wish I got her name."

"The staff at this location are amazing and were very helpful when a deliberate move by patient services meant I couldn't get my cleaning done. 5/5 stars for them now let's get to why the review is 2 stars. The patient services (appointment making) folks are arguably the worst you can find anywhere. If it's possible for you to go physically to the place and ask about appointments please do that. I went in for an 8:30 am cleaning and exam only to be told there was no slot for my cleaning to be done yet the patient services folks assured me I would get both the exam and cleaning. The staff had to figure out how to slot me in an hour later. Whoever runs patient services do better."
