He was very knowledgeable and felt he wasn't trying to make me pay for something that wasn't necessary. After diagnosing the issue he was thorough in not only explaining but showing me where the problem lies. I replaced the furnace and outside unit which were both in bad shape. The installation took less than 3 hours as there were four people actively working on it. Alex oversaw the install crew and two worked on the exterior while another two worked in the attic.
