"I h8 writing this but…they sprite taste dirty they aren’t properly cleaning the sprite machine. It’s giving “let’s go ahead and call the health department”. The staff is terrible, the manager is terrible. I spilled my drink I just order in the car and she said “no, I have a lot of customers”."
"By far the worst McDonald's with the worst service but I keep going back. It's always dirty, the employees have the worst attitude but now, you have to check your burger to see if there meat on it."
"Wow.... where do I start. Staff was fine. Food was horrid. Burger was greasy and falling apart. Meat was overdone and salty. In no way did it resemble the picture! Fries were cold and old. They tasted of rancid oil...not even catsup would save them. I threw them out as they were inedible. This is not the first time I have had this experience with the food at this store- just the first time registering a compindie. The app wasn't working properly - after downloading I couldn't get the ability to sign up (just sign-in) on my cellphone - the spacing on the page was off. When I tried to contact MD through the website and register a complaint, I was asked to input the store number off my receipt - only to find that I didn't get a receipt. Yikes! This store owes me a meal or two properly prepared. This store needs to focus on quality and training. McDonalds needs to get their tech working!"
"Went through the drive thru and my niece got an ear pad from yall head sets in her happy meal. I don't know how y'all are able to do that. When we called, the manager guy seemed unfazed and unapologetic. We couldn't go back because we were on a time crunch. Nice to know we are getting a side of ear wax with our meals. Gross."
"We order from this location frequently. My son enjoys their food. Today we ordered a large fry and this is what we got. It wasn't even half full. This is unacceptable. We would like to get what we pay for."
