Didn’t attempt to upwelling. As a matter of fact, diagnosed one of the items not to be defective and saved me money. All in all, a great experience. We will continue to use them."
"Chris was great and his companion was very quiet/respectful. Chris asked questions about what i had experienced, went about diagnosing what should happen, gave me options and then began working . Chris explained costs and I agreed to have his suggestions done. They put on protective foot wear which I totally appreciated. Cleaning, adjusting, patiently explaining what they were doing. When done, I found the unit was much cleaner and ran so much smoother. All in all, great experience !"
