"I've used ECS for years and they've always done a great job. I once broke a small part on my compressor. They had a spare one and gave it to me free of charge. Yesterday, Xavier came out and completed a routine inspection. After he was finished I belatedly mentioned a concern I had. He immediately went straight back, opened the system back up, IDed the issue and fixed it. They've done a great job for me over the years and I'm grateful to them."

Today my service technician Xavier called to inform me of his anticipated arrival. Xavier arrived at my front door he knocked to let me know that he was there. Then he proceeded to go around the house to check on the system. I met him in the back and he began to explain what he was about to do. He was kind, courteous and professional. He listened to me and answered my questions. He even offered his condolences for the loss of my husband. A properly running septic system is important. "I want to thank Ana Moya for her help. I emailed them @ 4:47 p.m. and got a phone call from Ana within 5-10 minutes to help with the problem we were having. She was helpful with all of questions and she schedule a someone to come out the next day. Received a voicemail from Xavier the tech that he was on his way (8:30 a.m.) and checked our septic and while he was there even replaced a part on another septic on the property. They were professional and at the same time very kind. I would recommend them."
