"One quard warranty sent him to my house to replace a toilet. He took the toilet off and said I needed a new offset flang, which the warranty didn't cover. I agreed to pay him $350 again. After weeks of dealing with him finally the day came for my repair at 8-9am and he lied to the warranty company and said he rang the bell, which he did not (my bell is loud). I was in the kitchen next to the front door. After waiting 30 minutes (in a quite home, no tv on etc) because he's always late. I call the warranty company and they said he came by. He came by and took a picture of my house and ran to sugarland to do a job (maybe it was more money than my job). He had to pass my home to go to sugarland job. I dont think he wanted to do my home because of the work envolved. He tried to get me for $350 to drain a AC line upstairs which I had it done for free (took 10 minutes). His attitude change after. Please be careful with this man he's going to try to get extra money from you. If you have a home warranty, he knows what to say to your warranty company so you won't be covered on your warranty plan, now he can charge you more money then your deductible. Homeowner BEWARE. NOTE: I didn't need the whole offset flang replaced. The plummer I found outside of One Quard Home warranty did an excellent job. He let me see every step of the job and take pictures."

"Got set up with Paul's Plumbing through Landmark Home Warranty after our Water Heater started leaking badly. Paul was able to come out within 24 hours of being called, got the replacement request submitted ASAP, and a new water heater installed in less than 72 hours. Went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Even went on the roof and resealed all exterior vents for us (not just the one for the water heater). Did a full replacement by himself in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be contacting them in the future for any plumbing needs. Also installed cold-line valve to water heater (so if any leak occurs we can shut water off to that but not the whole house) and brought everything up to code, including a drip pan that goes to the exterior of the house. He's very prompt, courteous, and professional. His wife (Amanda I believe?) is very nice as well too and made sure to keep us updated on the status of everything. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"My home warranty company assigned me to Paul’s plumbing, I made the claim with them on the ninth and he didn’t actually come out to the property until the 25th. By that point secondary damage had already occurred because the water heater had been leaking through the ceiling so now I have to deal with that through my homeowners insurance. After all that, he told my home warranty company that it was a pre-existing condition (when it wasn’t) so they denied my claim. I think he makes more money if he doesn’t have to go through the home warranty company and just gets a homeowner to pay him out-of-pocket. He quoted me $206 and I called Lanco plumbing the same day he came out and they came out that day within an hour and fixed it for about the same price. I’d rather give another company that has more honor and is more responsive the money."

"3 weeks of waiting, Paul came in for one hour, used a channel locks to turn two 42 year old frozen in place cold water valves and left. The valves started leaking the next day. When I contacted him to report the issue, he told me I have to pay for a second service charge and god knows when he’ll get to me. The valve turned out to have sheared and cracked while he was forcefully cranking on it. He then told me I don’t know who I am dealing with. I had to call in a different plumber who changed both valves and tightened everything, problem solved. Plumber is rude, careless, and in a rush."
