"I have to add to what I've said in the past!! Amy is a miracle worker. We had a party for 20 in 5 hours, my ac unit started freezing over that day. I called and they had someone out in under 2 hours. She made it happen! We love this family owned company. They do business the way it should be!!! Cold Front is a top quality company.! "This is how a business should be. I was recommended to them by a neighbor. They did an outstanding job handling the process of replacing our HVAC system. They were friendly, appropriately priced, responsive, and very professional. A few months had gone by and I started noticing an intermittent gas smell that I narrowed down to be coming from the attic and figured I would give them a call. Even though it had been a few months since the install they set up a service ticket immediately and came out to check on the system. The technician was able to identify the source of the issue, showed it to me, and fixed the issue. This confirmed further to me that they stand behind their business and customer service.
