"My wife phone was not charging & AT&T was going to charge us over $ 250 to replace a Samsung battery WITH insurance, & it was going to take 4-7 days to complete. On my way to the ATM I passed this business, went in for a 2nd opinion, & was able to get not only a swollen battery replaced, the also fixed the broken camera lens both for around $150 & it took less than 48hrs to complete. The staff was not only friendly ,knowledgeable and polite. One of the most positive experience about this establishment was it was operated and employed by educated minorities & by that I do meas BLACK MEN!! Great job!!"

"My screen was damaged due to a drop. The Assurant insurance made good to cover the cost. The service took only about an hour. The phone looked new and worked as new. I purchased a new case which did not fit exactly. The technician ordered the correct case that I am waiting on. The staff was friendly, courteous and seemed to be knowledgeable and competent. I will return if I need any more repair work done."
