"Horrible customer service took my vehicle there to get some work done was told being it's aclassic it would take the weekend to the following Monday to get the information of parts needed together The following Monday never heard from them so reached out mid-week and was told person who looked over my vehicle had not been in and called again still hadn't got any update after a week or two past went by there on four occasions to speak with the manager he was never there finally saw him there and asked could I get my $40 back that I paid for the service being after waiting a month I had to go pay someone else for the same thing and he would not acknowledge me he walked away and continue to ignore me believe he was probably calling the police expecting me to get out of character while the actual mechanics were offering to pay the $40 themselves but I wouldn't accept it because only wanted acknowledgment that I had not received the service I paid for and I don't understand why you would let $40 come in the way of doing business with the customer after I spent $40 in gas coming back and forth over there waiting to hear back and then leave your employees to do the job of communicating with the customers something that you should have been doing so definitely would not recommend them to anyone in my circle"
