"Don't go here if your mental health is important to you. You won't even have your appointments with Dr Ghayas' and sometimes not even the same PA. I have been calling since early last week trying to get a refill for my ADHD medication to be sent in. Someone finally called me back last Friday and confirmed with me and said it would be sent to my pharmacy. I checked all weekend at my pharmacy but it was not sent in and I assumed it was because it was Labor Day weekend. I checked yesterday throughout the day and still nothing. So I called again and left a message. I check today and still nothing so I call again. I took my last dose of my ADHD medication today and I have been on it since 2016 when I first became her patient. I ended up sending an email because she has contacted me that way before and was sure to say I have no medication left. She responded to me herself and said I would not be getting anymore refills until I come in. Now the earliest appointment I could get isn't until next month on October 5. I will not go back and I finally understand the other negative reviews, and I am deeply sad, disappointed and angry that I would be treated this way."
"Continuously rescheduling appointments saying providers are not available. Pushing it back by months. Don’t answer calls and when told needed prescription refill at the time of rescheduling, never put the order in. Do not recommend."
"Absolute worst place!! They will cancel your appointment whenever and then when you try to get a new one they’re all of sudden booked up and making their patients go months without being seen or medicine. After being a patient here for 3 years I would expect better treatment but it’s the same thing every time. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! Dangerous for them to treat people the way they do! And I am definitely done going here!"
"They don’t really care about your mental health here. They just want your money. Countless times the wrong dosage or prescription was sent to my pharmacists. The girls that work in the office are rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. They def shouldn’t be allowed to talk to patients with mental health challenges. When I brought these complaints to Dr. Madiha Ghayas, they ignored me & stopped taking my appointments. What kind of mental health doctor does that? Someone who truly doesn’t care about her patients. Never returned my calls or emails after being a patients for years."
