"I had an issue where I mistakenly tried to plug in a USB cable into an HDMI port and caused my computer to shut off completely. I thought my computer was fried. So I called Mr Bill to see if this was something he could fix so I could bring it in. To my surprise, he asked me to do a couple of things to troubleshoot my computer, and it fixed the problem, I offered to pay him for what he had done, but he said not to worry about it. HONESTY is rarely found these days, unfortunately! But this man is HONEST and for that I thank you Mr Bill!"

"I had a laptop that somehow got liquid into it and it fried on a Thursday morning. Called Bill because he had such a high rating. The laptop was toast, but he was able to get it dry enough to get the hard drive working and transferred the data over to a new laptop I bought.
