"We are still waiting for the money Josh was paid by our warranty company for services that were not completed. Everything was good with Josh's service until he never returned our calls or texts asking him to come complete a service call in exchange for not installing the new AC unit. My husband, Joe Roubique, was extremely patient but after numerous attempts to reach Josh with no success it became clear that Josh was not going to contact us back. We understand busy! So are we! It wasn't until Joe left a review finally after getting extremely frustrated about the lack of communication from Josh when he ghosted us and left us no other choice. Now Josh responds upset claiming we are smearing his name and company. How about respond back after a dozen calls, messages and texts and then we would not be left with no other choice but to leave a bad review. Then Josh attacks our faith as Christians and says we don't act like it because of our review. Calling Joe a bully! That's insane. Josh owes us money and doesn't ever call us back and Joe's the bully....really?! Unbelievable! It's really not that hard. Pick up the phone and call Joe. Josh, you still haven't done it yet. Josh is creating this mess for himself and trying to blame his customer. We will take down the reviews once you do what's right as a Christian and pay us the money for the services you never completed. Praying you do what’s honest and right in this situation."

"My Dad’s ac went out in his RV. Joshua and Logan came the next day and installed a new one. They even put a portable fan on my Dad while they worked. It’s hard to find good people these days but we sure did. We will be using them for all our rv repairs!"
