No Connection:

"they were eager to make the hoses but refuse to warranty their fittings . Two out of six are defective. They claim that my hose voided the warranty, the failure is NOT with the hose, it is defective fittings that they supplied. They leak with just mouth pressure ! This place sucks ! NOT EVEN ONE STAR FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE ! In the owners response it is obvious he was NOT in on the original conversation that was on the phone, when I asked if they would use my hose, the reply was sure, but they would not warranty the hose, to that I replied, and obviously no one would expect that. One thing for sure they have more defective fittings, I'd like to check their remaining stock for leaks, since they don't check them."
