"We travel full time in our 5th wheel with two small kids. We had an issue with our hydraulic slides and they wouldn't stay in. After cinching our slides down and traveling to our next destination in Columbus TX, we found Get-U-Going, which was about a 40 minute drive from where we were staying. The owners were so accommodating with very short notice. I called them Friday afternoon, and they were able to look at it early the next week. We dropped it off on Monday and decided to spend a couple of nights exploring Austin. We picked it up on Wednesday and went back to our RV park for a few nights while they ordered a new part for us. They called Monday that the part had arrived, we brought it there Tuesday and they had it repaired within a few hours. They also have a couple of full-hookups RV spots on site that they offered to let us stay there for a night or two if needed! Our fridge was full of food and they were great about keeping the RV plugged in while it was there. An RV that needs repair while you're traveling with small children, that is also your full time home, could have been a nightmare! It really was so easy working with and communicating with Peggy and Russel, we would absolutely recommend this RV repair shop and would use them again if we are in the area in the future and we are so grateful for their quick and accommodating service!"
