"Beware don't let them fool you. This shop are crooks, and are services the community with unlicensed kids working on the cars. I took my car to be fixed payed the down payement. I came back to get my car the next day, and a young kids was working on my car. My car was back firing when one the workers went to test drive it. The young kids told me had a did the work on my car. And I needed to run him his money before I test drove the car. All the lights are on in the car, and the car would not go pass 30. Ruben has his nephew working in the shop that has no license. This shop should be shut down. They are taking advantage, and robbing the community."
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They have inexperienced employees doing work they do not know how to do. It is obvious this business is NOT professional at all!!! They do not explain to customers ahead of time the work they are doing, why they are doing it, and they do not provide a written estimate detailing the agreed work performed, parts, and costs involved. They provide no written guarantees either. It is all verbal jiber jabish to confuse the customers. Never in my life have I dealt with an unprofessional business like this that tries to take advantage of customers with their money and property. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They have inexperienced employees doing a job they don't know how to do. Obviously they are not professional with clients either!!! They do not explain to the client in advance the work they are doing and why they are doing it or provide an invoice detailing the costs of such work. They do not offer written guarantees. They talk a lot and do not provide estimates of the work to be done so that the client understands why the work is being done and that the client agrees to such work and the costs. I think everything is verbal to confuse customers. I have never in my life dealt with a business that is unprofessional and wants to abuse people with their money and property."
