"Jessica was in such a hurry to finish. She has multiple typos and I had to correct her on various occasions. She never double checked the information entered or asked me to. A couple of days later she calls to say that someone had already filed taxes under my social and that I had to contact the IRS and jump through hoops to get this identity theft taken care of. Turns out she typed in the wrong social and tried to blame me for her mistake. Very unprofessional I won’t be returning. Wasted my time and almost gave made a heart attack and all because she doesn’t check her work or have the client double check the information entered.
