"Great process! quick and easy. i went into HR block on Zaragoza and scheduled an appointment a week in advance. As soon as I came in the lady I was scheduled with had taken client and i had to wait a good 15 mins. She unfortunately was not qualified to help file my taxes for my small business. And didn't want to help give me a quote. She ended up scheduling me to another HR block at 8pm which was far too late. I went into the walmart in horizon and spoken to Lucy Flores who was extremely educated on filling for small businesses and helped me file 5 W2 effortlessly. She's is extremely kind and helpful. She's was a life saver."
"edit: I take back all my stars and good comments, Jackson Hewitt has by far been the worst place to file taxes. If the person who prepared your taxes made a mistake they will NOT call you to let you know to come back. We are going on a month since we filed our return and still nothing, turns out the IRS was waiting on missing documents that our “tax pro” was supposed to tell us about. Horrible. Pricing is too high. Do not recommend at all."
