"A technician came out on 1/15/24 telling us that the heating element was out on our oven. Stated they will order the part and it would be delivered to our house by 01/24/24. It is now 02/05/24 no follow up, no parts delivered & my oven is still broken. Stupid me already paid for the service and parts. So congratulations you got your money guess the service part doesn't come with it huh? You deserve no stars!"

"Technician came out and couldn’t fix heat pump because he said an electrician had to come out and show him where the breaker was to the outside airconditioning unit. We revealed all the breaker boxes we knew including the one right behind the outside unit but he told us that was not it. What the hay SEARS!!!!"
