"Terrible! Rick said two weeks to straighten a simple frame bend. 4.5 weeks later, and six voice-mails ignored, I made the 1.5hr drive to see what's going on. Rick was defensive, argumentative, and escalated the conversation into a what would've been a fight. Typical Millennial who blames everyone else. I walked away, took my car to Amerimex Frame at 2424 Blanco, where Americo said he'd have it done next day! Rick is short-handed, short-tempered, and lost all my future business."
