"The person working was super personable and polite! He thought they didn’t have the part I needed but double checked in the back and found it. Changed my phone screen in 15-20 minutes.. will definitely be back if I need any other phone repairs!!"

"Bad experience. Kept my PC way too long and it was worse off when I picked it up. Now it appears they sold me a new power supply that doesn't even work. $200 in and still had to take it elsewhere to be repaired."

"I have come here 3-4 times and I really like the people here. They are so helpful. However, I went today to get a cracked screen fixed and the lady that is working there now a young girl. Was so rude. When I told her about the crack screen she looked at me crazy and was not nice and helpful. I also asked her about how the phone was locked. My daughter forgot the password on the phone and she told me she couldn’t work in that and it would be no point to fix with her and to basically take it to the Apple Store. I told her that someone there a few months ago has helped me with the phones and I pad and to unblock it as well and she said that they must be lying to me and they can not do that. I believe it is very unprofessional to call your colleagues liars to a customer. Maybe she was having a bad day but I have never had this experience here at all. I just told her bye and to have a better day."

"Incompetent. For 4 weeks they had my daughter computer. They never fixed it. No communication. I called once a week for a status update. Every time I was told that management/owners were out of town and had not ordered the part. Weeks go by. Nothing. I got online and ordered the part myself. It was at my house in two days. Then they refused to use my part on some kind of "we don't want to void your warranty" bullsh1t! On a computer that was already out of warranty. Likely the $7 part was cost me $70 due to markup and did not like it. You are better off fixing it yourself. The owners are incompetent. The employees are incompetent. The store is always empty. I have no clue how the company stays in business. If you drop something off, they will never call you about a status update and they will never do the week. Four weeks?!!!"
