Recently I had to cancel my Thanksgiving plans when I showed up to drop off my dog and was told I had no reservation. This is after I called and confirmed availability and booked with the owner over the phone."

"Efficient and seemed to be effective. My golden retriever was already afraid of and uninterested in the snakes since she had been bitten by one a couple weeks prior. I’m not a fan of electric collars and they turned theirs up to the point that it burned my golden neck. There has to be a better way"
