"Shockingly good experience from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Needed Pioneer mini-split help and they know their stuff. They came over from Bandera to our home in Kerrville...it was worth every penny of the service fee. Plan to have more services done soon, and will continue to use them in the future. "We have been 100% happy with everything Hauer's has done for us. They had to replace the freon in our mini splits and they did a great job. Ronnie is the bomb he is conscientious very knowledgeable very polite cleans up after himself and takes care not to damage anything in your home! We just love him. Tonight he was here cleaning the mini splits at 6:30 at night. These guys are the best don't hesitate to use them. :=]"
