"These people are crooks. They steal from old people. My mom is 82 years old. They charged her 17 hundred something for an alternator and an oxygen sensor. When this guy meets st peter its not going to go well"
"Was very frustrating experience. They had my truck for a week and a half for a job that took less than a day to fix. I went to them one because it was an emergency and two they were highly recommended from the people in town. Everytime I called to get an update it was either workers calling out or my truck was next on the lift. After all that time and $3200 I finally got my truck back today, and will not go back."
"Not my favorite shop! Took my hummer in as it had a body control module issue, Vincents assured me they could fix it. After 2 weeks of waiting my husband called them to find out that my car was in San Antonio because apparently they were unable to program the module? Then another week with zero communication the module they had ordered, a refurb, (because GM doesn't make this particular part any longer) didn't work so they were waiting on a second one. Come to find out the dealership was unable to program the second module either! After almost a month my husband finally in frustration told them to put back the old part, and just give it back which they did, but to my horror, tried to charge us $800.00!! After some back and forth, Vincents still charged us $500.00 for basically nothing! I don't mind paying for services rendered, but that part literally took my husband 10 minutes to remove which made it even harder to swallow! Wont be returning."
"During our one week visit to Bandera, our Jeep started requiring a jump to get started. They were able to look at the Jeep first thing Monday morning and diagnosed the problem as a bad battery. They were able to install a new battery and I was back on the road within an hour. First class service and a friendly staff. I highly recommend Vincent’s Automotive for your auto service needs!"
"They are amazing!!! They replaced my starter and fixed my tail lights. My car was in the shop for two days and got it out the next day. My car started better then before I totally recommend this place I'd you want a good price. They don't over charge you, and they will fix your car fast."
