"I paid about $30,000 to have air-conditioning installed on a Commercial Property and was promised a three-year warranty on labor and 10 years on material. We have had issues from the very beginning and he will not warranty the job stating he has already paid his contractors. But I paid him, so why would it no longer be under warranty I cannot recommend someone who does not honor their word"

"My husband and I just had Incredible Air Conditioning out to service one of our units and Christian was awesome! It was our lucky day and he happened to have small time in between appointments and made time for us to come by within a few hours and fix it! He was very thorough and even noticed we had too much frion in the unit and adjusted it to the correct levels. He saw our house was listed and did a thorough look at the units to ensure they were up to code. He was so kind and friendly, and most importantly HONEST. I have a lot of respect for honesty, loyalty, and just overall good service. He’s definitely one you’d one to keep in your contacts for emergencies which I plan to do. He gets at least 5 stars and wish I could give him 10."
